described this lot- the area north of the power line easement and under the
power line is Rural and the remainder is Residential C. The rationale for zoning it Rural is
that it is all owned by the power company and is mostly wetlands.

Road) from a mixed use parcel to the Rural zone. Ms. Webber seconded. Motion passed: 7-0.
