• Amend the Village Center District (Section 612.1) Purpose to be “The purpose of this District is to create a walkable, mixed-use center that has residential, commercial, historic and public space components that enhance the quality of life in the Town.”

Ms. Skinner read Section 612.1 The Village Center District into the record.

Chairwoman Post opened the Hearing to the Public. Hearing none, she closed the Public Hearing.

Mr. McLeod motioned to move to Town Warrant Section 612.1 The Village Center District as presented. Ms. Webber seconded. Motion passed: 6-0-1. Ms. St. Laurent opposed.
